I believe that health and fitness is not just one size fits all workouts and diets. How you exercise and eat should be enjoyable, sustainable and FIT FOR YOU to get the results YOU want! 

Trying to figure out what to do can be overwhelming, confusing and take a lot of time. Individuals that have the most success work 1:1 with knowledgeable and experienced trainer who truly listens and understand their clients lifestyle, habits and preferences and designs a program with established evidence based scientific research to support their clients unique goals. 

My programs are call Fit for You, I provide a custom individuals plan, check-in support and accountability, and all I ask is just commitment from you to show up!

This is the base level program and great for 1:1 workout training that includes:

Fit for You – Individual Workout + Nutrition Plan

This plan great if you are looking for a bit more support around food! Whether it’s support understanding caloric intake and macronutrients or just looking to shift mindset away from diets to make healthy choices without feeling guilty, this program includes everything in a base level workout along with an additional custom nutrition plan.

Fit for You – 8 Week Run & Lift Plan

This program is perfect for anyone who enjoys a combination of running and weight lifting workouts looking for a way to effectively balance both forms of training into an efficient cross training model.

This program can be used to support anyone seeking to improve performance, train for a 5-10K race, or anyone with the overall goals to build and tone lean muscle, increase pace, speed (splits), build steady state endurance, and boost overall confidence in their body!
