My story
My own experiences with weight fluctuation, restrictive eating, over-exercising, and poor self-esteem allowed me to identify how difficult this can be for many others.
I felt like I ALWAYS seeking to change my body, growing up I always felt like the bigger girl and tried a bunch of different fad workouts and popular diets, but never actually achieved that sustainable results which left me frustrated and confused.
It wasn’t till I spent time studying research and evidence based science of exercise science and nutrition and focused on a workout program that was designed to fit me and what I enjoyed, that I was able to really find my groove, reach my goals and feel the most confident and happiest that I ever have.

The time I spent trying to navigate all the health and fitness information showed me how much misinformation and marking is out there is designed to sell products and offer a quick fixes.
At the end of the day finding what works best for me was much simpler, it was asking myself what I enjoyed, what made me feel my best and consistently showing up for myself!
I’m now at the point where I would love share what I learned and be able to help others who might have felt like I did. Living a heathy lifestyle does’t have to be perfect or overcomplicated, but it should fit you!
